USHERS

The ushers ministry is looking to bolster its membership. Additional help is needed at all masses. If you attend Mass regularly this ministry is an excellent way to show your devotion. The more ushers we have consigned to the ministry the fewer Masses per month each will have to serve. Prospective ushers are invited to provide their contact information and Mass preference so they may be included in this ministry. To become part of the usher group an individual must be 16 years old, have been confirmed, regularly attend Mass and be committed to this ministry. If you are interested, please contact Paul Slavin at stabushers@att.net . You may also leave your information with the parish office or with an usher.

All current or former members are encouraged to renew their commitment to the group. If you are on the sub list and haven't volunteered in a while, check in before mass and give one of the members ministering every week a break. Please review and update your contact information posted in the usher's room. To make communication easier and faster, please include an email address, if available. The roster on display represents the most current data available.

Ushers assist people in finding seats during Mass, coordinate the Offertory collection, the Communion line, and distribute bulletins after Mass. You can sign up for the Mass you regularly attend. Schedules are distributed each month.
