Formally called an Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion, the job of the Eucharistic Minister is to assist the priest or deacon in distributing the Most Holy Body and Blood of Jesus Christ during the liturgy.
Adults and those teenagers who have made their Confirmation are invited to serve as Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion for our liturgies.
A training session is required prior to scheduling. EM’s are scheduled to serve every other month at the mass time of their preference based on their availability.
