FAMILY AND CHILDREN FAITH FORMATION TUITION POLICY

The 2011-2012 rate of tuition for Family and Children Faith Formation:

• Classroom-based instruction or Family Home Study (one child): $125
• Classroom-based instruction or Family Home Study (two kids): $190
• Classroom-based instruction or Family Home Study (3+ kids): $225
• Maximum family tuition: $225

Payment is due at the time of registration for the current year. Please remember that it is expected that our Faith Formation families are registered, active, participating and contributing members of the Parish.

If you have any unpaid tuition balances, please take care of your payment before you register for the next year. Tuition must be up-to-date before we can process your registration for the following year. If a family is unable to pay, options must be discussed with the Pastor prior to registration and the start of classes.

If you have any questions regarding your payment status, please call the FF Office Monday through Thursday. After we receive your registration, if there is a balance on your account, someone will contact you to remind/inform you, and recommend that you speak to Fr. Pat if your family is having financial problems. He can direct you (and the FF Office) on what the next step will be. We do not want your children to miss out on Faith Formation classes due to money matters!
