LEARNING ABOUT L.I.F.E. SESSIONS
Learning About L.I.F.E. Sessions: Learning about L.I.F.E. is a family based program on relationships and abuse prevention. It is a family based program on Love, Infatuation, Friendship and Exploitation. This program "promotes positive, loving relationships, and encourages healing and prevention when dealing with Exploitation. At its heart rests the message that our bodies are precious gifts from God, to be loved and protected." Download the brochure.
Attendance is mandatory. The Archdiocese tracks attendance. We offer sessions by grade level at a variety of times.
LIFE Sessions for FIRST Graders and their Parents or Guardians (Second graders that did not attend last year were required to attend) were held on November 14-16, 2011.
LIFE Sessions for THIRD Graders and their Parents or Guardians (Fourth graders that did not attend last year were required to attend) were held on Jan. 31 - Feb. 1, 2012.
LIFE Sessions for FIFTH Graders and their Parents or Guardians (Sixth graders that did not attend last year must attend this session) will be held:
- Monday, Feb. 27 or Wednesday, Feb. 29, 6:00 - 7:15 PM
- Tuesday, Feb. 28, 4:45 - 6:00 PM
LIFE Sessions for SEVENTH Graders and their Parents or Guardians (Eighth graders that did not attend last year must attend this session) will be held:
- Monday, Mar. 26 or Wednesday, Mar. 28, 6:00 - 7:15 PM
- Tuesday, Mar. 27, 4:45 - 6:00 PM
