SUPPORT RELAY FOR LIFE

There are many ways that you can support or become involved in Relay for Life. From walking to raising money to volunteering, we need you! This is a great way to connect with people and make a difference.

• Join or donate to a team: Join or donate money one of our St. Thomas a'Becket teams to raise money for Relay for Life - either our Breath of Life-Becket team or our Youth Group Quacking for a Cure team. You can also use this link to donate to a particular team member. You can register as an individual or as a family.
• Purchase a luminaria bag: For a $10 donation to Relay, you can take home a luminaria bag to decorate and return. These bags will be placed in front of the Breath of Life-Becket or Quacking for a Cure tents. You can purchase bags in the Gathering Space after Masses or click on the Luminaria button on one of the team pages.
• Walk laps: Sign up on the board in the Gathering Space after Masses to walk laps during Relay for Life. Every team should have at least one person on the track at all times, day and night. Slots are 30 minutes long.
• Donate baked goods: Fire up your oven and bake some Christmas themed baked goods for our Breath of Life-Becket team. Baked goods should be individually wrapped and labeled.
• Volunteer to Set Up or Clean Up: Volunteers are needed on Saturday from 8:00 - 9:30 AM for setup and on Sunday at about 7:30 AM for cleanup.
• Volunteer for the Survivors Luncheon: We need volunteers to help setup, serve and clean up the luncheon for survivors and their families.
• Volunteer to work in the tent: We need volunteers to sit and sell baked goods and t-shirts in the Breath of Life-Becket tent.
• Purchase a t-shirt: The Breath of Life-Becket team will be selling long sleeved t-shirts that feature the slogan, "All I want for Christmas is a cure." You can purchase these on the day of the event at the Breath of Life-Becket tent.
• Pray for participants: Please keep the planners, volunteers, participants, survivors and all those they love and remember in your prayers.
