What does our Records and Posting Administrator do?

Post weekly contributions

• Verify data and balancing batches
• Write weekly report for the Chancellor
• Weekly deposit of miscellaneous contributions

CSA

• Develop and manage the annual Catholic Services Appeal drive
• Post and update CSA pledges
• Complete and send reports to the Archdiocese
• Write weekly report for the Chancellor

Enter and Update Parishioner Records

• Update address changes and parishioner status
• Add new births and baptisms
• Record First Communions and Confirmations
• Record Weddings
• Update funeral records
• Oversee Walk of Gratitude program, including ordering, delivery and placement
