VOCATIONS COMMITTEE

DID YOU KNOW? Every Thursday morning, after mass, we pray for Priests? Please feel free to join us in the cry room to the left of the church entrance whenever you are able.

Vocations should be everyone’s concern. The faithful need the benefits that flow from the ministry of the ordained priesthood, the diaconate, the religious life and lay ministers. The Vocations Committee at St. Thomas a'Becket works to inform, educate, and enliven efforts of vocations to the Priesthood, Diaconate, Consecrated Life and Lay Ministry. If you are interested in serving on the Vocations Committee, leave a message for Cathy Buscaglia in the Parish Office or email the Faith Formation chair at faithform@abecket.org.

THE FISHERMAN'S FUND
"Sacred Heart Major Seminary's Fishermen's Fund, established and supported by the laity, exists to ensure that no vocation to the Roman Catholic priesthood, diaconate or lay ministry is hindered due to financial need."

If you would like to help support the education and vocation of future priests, deacons and lay ministers through the Fishermen's Fund, please call (313) 883-8779 or email the Sacred Heart Foundation Office at fishermensfund@shms.edu.
