The Faith Formation Commission promotes the teaching office of the Church and is responsible for developing, promoting, and evaluating programs to support the educational needs of parishioners of all ages within the Parish.
It does so by establishing annual objectives and formational programs and opportunities in cooperation with Archdiocesan and Parish staffs and volunteers, the Pastor, the Parish Pastoral Council and other Parish Commissions. A Faith Formation team assists in the planning of events and activities.
The major areas addressed (through this commissions sub-committees) to fulfill the teaching mission of the Church, the parish mission, the pastor’s vision and parish goals are:
