BE A BUDDY COAT DRIVE

2010 Coat Drive volunteers

COAT DRIVE: JANUARY 21-22, and JANUARY 28-29, 2012

Bake Sale after all Masses on January 21-22. Bakers needed!
Please drop off labeled baked goods on
Friday, January 20 or Saturday, January 21.

The Be a Buddy Coat drive will take place on January 21-22 and January 28-29, 2012. We will collect coats at the church for distribution within the parish community, as well as to be shared with local schools, churches and soup kitchens. All coats should be new or gently used and free from stains, tears or damages. We invite you to bring in coats any time AFTER January 21.

We are looking for:

  • Winter coats (For men, women, teens, children or infants)
  • Snowsuits
  • Snow pants
  • Dress coats (For men, women, teens, children or infants)
  • Fleece jackets
  • Spring jackets
  • Windbreakers
  • Hooded sweatshirts
  • Scarves, hats and mittens
  • Thank you in advance for your generosity!

We will also need the talents of many bakers to make our Bake Sale on January 21-22 a success. The proceeds of the Bake Sale go toward purchasing more coats and warm clothing. Please return your labeled baked good to the church on Friday, January 20.

If you are interested in volunteering for the Coat Drive, please email csc@abecket.org.
