What does an Adult Faith Formation Director do?
At St. Thomas a'Becket, AFF Director Laura Broyles:

• assists those interested in Catholicism in exploring the faith;
• guides catechumens through the Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults (RCIA), the Catholic process for joining the faith;
• plans programming and events to enrich the faith lives of the Catholic community at St. Thomas a'Becket;
• leads the Living in Christ parish retreats;
• assists parishioners in finding the resources they need to learn more about their faith;
• serves as the staff liaison to the Faith Formation Commission.
